Possible ways of getting job in usa

Iam Gopi Kumaran from chennai,India.Iam MCA 2004 passed out and working in IT/ITES sector for 3 years and doing abap now.Iam trying to go to usa through h1b.Can anyone suggest me any consultancies who help me in this?I have visited h1base.Iam not sure how these ppl will be able to bring h1b sponsorships.Anyone like me trying for h1b please contact me at kumarangopi @ yahoo . com to share knowledge.Please suggest me possible ways or any links to consultancies or any references.
