EAD for L2 VISA
Hi all, i am a software engineer and would be travelling to US in Dec'07 on L1 . I need to know that my wife, who is also a Software engineer ,would take a 1 year leave from her employer and travel along with me: Would she be able to receive her EAD (employment authorization doc) if she is on leave from her job in India?
