lets start with this...
I have done a one month course on Linux based Network management from Indian institute of Management calcutta.

Now i wanna pursue CCNA and MCSE.
Please advice me on...

1) The best way to get certified
2) How do private training institute certify you? theyprepare u fr the exam or give u certificate on their behalf?
3) Is it possible to complete them(CCNA/MCSE)by just self study?
4) wats the price of both exam in INR
5) Wats the scope and payscale i can expect, i am doing BE -E&TC from pue university.
