JOB OPENING: ORACLE DEVELOPER
LOCATION: VENICE, CALIFORNIA

Summary:
As a member of the Finance team, the Oracle Developer will be responsible for Oracle E-Business suite, reports development, system enhancements, integration with other systems, day-to-day troubleshooting and general support.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintains, develops and supports tools in an Oracle database environment
· Assist in troubleshooting existing tools and develop new features
· As a technical developer; takes part in development and support of E-Business suite-Finance and HR
· Reports development using Oracle Reports, Discoverer, XML Publisher
· Participate in upgrade and Implementation of new modules in E-Business suite.
· Develop interfaces of Oracle E-Business suite with other external and custom applications

Education, Experience and Skills Required:
· Degree in computer science or related field preferred
· 2 – 3 years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite as a Technical Developer
· Experience with at least 2 of the following E-Business Suite Modules-GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, HR, and Projects
· Experience with development tools: Reports 6i, Forms, PL/SQL,
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must be able to provide deliverables according to tight deadlines and be self motivated
· Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment as well as work independently
· Accounting business systems background/experience a plus.
· Shell scripting ability preferred
· Experience with various reporting tools such as ADI, XML Publisher, etc preferred
· Object oriented development experience using Java and J2EE preferred
