MiddleName Wrong,Please HELP

Hi All,

I have one problem,please anybody give me the solution for this.

i applied h1b in mar 2008,in random selection it got picked.

problem:

my problem is with middle name
My actual name in all documents: venkata chary mathena
but in my passport it is : venkata chery mathena

mistakenely i didn't see this one.so i think my h1b stamping with in 3-4 months ,so i am in tension.so please anybody suggest what is the solution for this(if middle name one letter mispelled).how can i take further step.
please give me the solution for this
