Addition of New Function

My client application has 47 COM objects. My requirement to be handled now is add a 48th function .But this 48th function added must be present only for .NET object and also with the condition that there are no changes or damages to the existing one? I am struck at this point. Someone help me to carry out the new requirement?

It is a very interesting question. By suing the concept of CCW also called as COM Callable Wrapper in ASP.NET you can add the 48th function for .NET object only and also without any changes or damages to the existing one. This is because by using COM Callable Wrapper in ASP.NET you can create proxy that would allow you to access functions using interface thus providing
independence in operations.
