Drawbacks of Late Binding - Someone help me to fish out the problem

Hi,
I know the advantages of late binding which is increased power and flexibility.But I was posed a question by my friend to tell the drawbacks or disadvantages of late binding and I was struck at this point. I could not find out.Someone help me to fish out the problem so that I can enrich my knowledge in this regard.

i dont know exactly but i think one drawback would be incresed overhead at the time of execution
