Available Colors in different mode

What are the colors that are available in text mode and what are the colors that are available in graphics mode in C programming. Are the colors that are available in both modes are same.

I think colors that are available would be same for both text mode and graphics mode in C programming. Anyway let us wait for someone to confirm on this.
