Can someone suggest a good book for reference that has good combination of networking concepts and C language both in it.

You can read the book TCP/IP Sockets in C: Practical Guide for Programmers (The Practical Guides Series) by Michael J. Donahoo, Kenneth L. Calvert, S. Donahoo . This is a excellent book to read.
