Question programme to generate a sample with or without replacement using C language

hi cud anyone help with this code.its for my project .the programme is all about generating a sample using simple random sampling and calculating the neccesary statistics on it . thanks for helping out

We would really need to know the whole ideal of what is wanted in order to help you out. If you are stuck and need help then let us see the code and tell us where you are having a problem.

hi i've not really started becos i dont know how to go about it but the project is all about generating samples then using that sample to get the best estimate about the population i.e to get the best estimate we calculate the sample mean , standard deviation , sample error and other things . i would really love it if you send me the code, i'll try something on my own as well thanks.
