Library Data base management system

Hello,

i worked hard on this program until it could run ALMOST the way i want it. The program is to implement a library database management system. There is a problem with handling files and displaying data on the monitor. I don't know whether it is a matter of files format and/or character file code. When i want for example display all members of the library, what appears on the screen is not clear, there are other strange characters appearing too. I do not know why. Could i have a help?

Please try to run the program. For the files used in the program, you will have to create 3 files, one member file, one books file and one transactions file containing all transactions done in the library. Just put some record in the files and try to display their content and tell me what happens, that is where my problem lies.
