final yr IT what to do next ?

hi i am doing my final yr Btech in IT .Can u pls tell me all the skills reqd for a fresher to be thorough with .
I am not that interested in Networking side . Programming gives me lot of fun so i want to pursue further in it.Pls guide me what all courses to study.Pls also tell me where i shud start looking for my final yr project .I stay in HYD.thanking beforehand itself for ur suggestions,
