developing or testing.....????...pls hlp

i m a be(it) fresher....
i m waiting for my results.....and on job hunting......

i m a lot of confused.......... i cnt decide wthr i shud go for developing.......or testing......

Actually.... c/c++ v usd to hv in 1st 2yrs....
and evn if im confident of c........c++ v hvnt usd much..... bt i dnt hv a problm with it ..its ok ..bt i hv heard developing is vry hectic......
pls do advice me .. ill really need ur words.....
Wat abt testing....... wat is d scope.......is it a bad decision 2 go towards testing in the long run....... i heard der r nt mny levels of increment..... in it as compared to developing .........


time is running........results willbe out netime...... i hv to take a decision soon....... i hv givn a test for c......for java developer donno hw dey offered me.......as idnt hv much knowledge abt JAVA.....bt lets see....


bt if im 2 go in2 testing i hv to decide fast ...othr wise il b abl 2 join the course in august.......i wnt 2 do smthn b4 result....and by dat time results will be out........

if i go4 testing...vl hv 3mnth project...... aftr which they will giv a 6 mnth job certificate they say is it tru??...... ill b doin the course consisting of MAnual testing,test director,Winrunner frm SQTL......
will dis course hlp in landing sm job...... wats d scope aftr dat......

I would go for Devt.... rather testing.... that's wahere you will have future even though it's bit difficult to start with...
