Data Warehouse job market

hi guys,
presently i am working in singapore, and wish to be in US very soon, so i just want to know hows the data warehouse market in the USA? what are the tools mostly used in US, and when is the best time to come to US, if everything goes fine i am planning to start in December but some people say market in US is not that nice in december, hope i will get a clear picture from you all.

It is better to come in first week of January 2005.
Becoz the market is below average in the month of December.

And also it is better to know all the tools like Abintio, Informatica, etc..

You will get a job very fast when you know more tools. Reason is: (for eg.)
Abintio market will be good for this month but not Informatica.
Informatica market will be good for next month but not Abintio.

If you know both, then you have more chances of getting a job. This is just an example.

The present market for Data ware housing is good.

thanks for the reply, i am good in informatica,cognos and datastage, but i have no idea of abinitio, is there any way i can get abinitio software??

kishleo , there is no way you can get Abintio software. It\'s not that easy to install on Pc based any how.
