Hi all,
I am in a dilemma please help me out!!.I put up in delhi and did my B.Tech from NSIT. Now I have two jobs. One is in perotsystems TS in noida. The office is at stones throw distance the sal is around Rs18000/- pm and i am working as software engg since july. Now my second job is at IBM Global Services pune. The offer is Rs16000/- pm.Again since both are services companies so work is expected to be as same. Now i am not able to decide whether i should stay in delhi and work at perotsystems or i should leave delhi for IGSI,pune. Some say that IGSI has good name so my marketvalue will be higher if I work there. Some say it depends on technology u r working which maters.Right now at perot we r being trained on J2EE platform. Now should i again plunge myself into uncertainity by joining IGSI or continue working at PerotSystems which is just 10 min drive from home ,so obviously i have greater efficiency there. Please note I dont have any kind of home sickness prob, but i guess living on ur own will affect my work performance. |

Look buddy . its good that u dont have home sickness but living alone has a heck of problems. Besides working u have to do a lot of other things to. So if u have a good job in ur own place then why u have to leave it. Now since u are getting 18k here and u will only get 16k in pune so i would not suggest u to leave delhi. Its ur work and achievement that will count .. company reputation comes second.

Hey, relax and take a deep breath. Then think of all the positive and negative side. Then ask this questions to yourself: In the long run, which company do you think will help you grow more to be a better person? Which company will give you and your family good benefits? If you think moving to a different environment will help you to become a better person, then why not take a risk. Your problem lies on the risk that you take. How much risk can you handle. Remember, there is no such thing as an assured happiness. You must be willing to take your own risk. So which risk do you think is suitable for you?
