Career Change: Expect the Unexpected

A career change is a major decision on the part of any working individual. It means getting out of your comfort zone and in most cases, starting from scratch. However, a number of people undergo career change successfully. This is because they had the confidence and the passion to go for their goals. But a number of people also get stuck in the job they do not like because they are afraid of change, or simply for the practical reason that there is really no assurance that a good job is waiting for them in other companies.
