Command or Option needed

I want to flush all DB2 buffers on to the disk. How can I do this? What option or command I can use for achieving this?

The flush will normally complete by the start of the next GBP checkpoint cycle.Initiates the castout processes, asking every page set castout owner to flush all changed pages from the castout class queues to DASD.
