General (must):

This person must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
The documentation will be created in English. The writer must be able
to use desktop publishing software; Adobe Frame Maker, Microsoft
Word, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat. The writer should have a
technical background, preferrably in the semiconductor industry. If
possible, I would like this person to have illustrator capabilities
as well; ProE modeling, some experience with CAD drawings.
