We have an urgent opening for an IT/ITES Recruiter for our Bangalore
operations.

Job Description:

Good understanding of the recruitment process.
Independently responsible for sourcing candidates and creating a
candidate pool of qualified resumes
Using all avenues to seek the right candidates.
Effectively discuss technologies with the candidate and identify the
right position for the candidates profile
Excellent planning/implementation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Multi-task and prioritize effectively

Desired Profile - An experienced hands on recruiter from Bangalore .
Experience - 0.5 to 2 year ;
Qualification - Graduate
Location - The position is based in Bangalore;
Selection Process - Bangalore based short listed candidates will
undergo personal interview.
