POSITION: Consultant/ Part-time job/Freelancing

PRODUCT AREA: Desktop and web based enterprise solutions in .Net using XML extensively, application development by extending e-mail system to enable collaboration, Business processes, Database processes, and web designing.

DESIRED PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Candidate should have a strong technical back ground with extensive experience in software development * Ability to refine and define the vision for product and development.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years, Design experience for user interface, distributed systems, e-mail-socket-ftp based solutions * Experience in building systems in the MS Windows environment * Experience with full life cycle of product and development.

DESIRED SKILLS: Bachelors degree in computer science, Electrical engineering or related field * Masters is plus. * Strong technical, analytical and conceptual skill * Excellent verbal and communication skill * Object Oriented Design, Analysis, C#, .Net framework 1.x, VB.Net, ASP.Net, XML, XSD, XSL/XSLT, RDBMS Design, DB modeling, Visual Source Safe.

OPTIONAL SKILL: JAVA, JMS, C++, COM, COM+, MS Outlook and Excel development in VBA
