SAP R/3 Functional Consultants - HR / Payroll

Should have minimum 3 years (preferably more) of SAP functional consulting experience (implementation / maintenance/support) in SAP R/3 HR module with 4 or more years prior functional experience in Human Resources area in a reputed organization. · Should have exposure to ABAP programming / debugging skills & be familiar with ALE concepts & screens
· Should have understanding of Authorizations concepts, Structural authorizations
· Should have understanding of Transport Management
· Should have exposure to web enabling of SAP HR / Payroll information (Thru interfaces)
· Should have capability to analyze problems & resolve thru OSS (Notes & messages)
· Should have familiarity with MS Excel for analysis. (V Look-up, formulas)
· Should have experience in an IT Consulting firm (preferred though not mandatory)
· Should have very good domain knowledge
· Should have excellent written / oral communication skills (English)
· Should possess excellent analytical skills
· Should be willingness to work with flexible timings
· Should be a good team player
· Should have pleasing personality with very good interpersonal skills
· Should be open to fair amount of travel and stay at customer site

Specific skills

SAP HR Consultant:

• <LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Should have customizing experience of at least 2 different full life cycle Projects. <LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Should have in-depth knowledge of PA, OM Modules. Those with exposure to Global Employee Processes (+ Concurrent Employment) would be preferred. <LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Should have full familiarity with SAP HR core tables, structures, Info types (all), User Exits, Field Exits, Actions, Dynamic Actions, Ad-hoc queries, Country specificities & way of handling them.
• Should have capability to identify "Custom Development" needs & defining a "Custom developed" process or a transaction. Capability to work along with ABAP experts while designing a "Custom Development"

SAP Payroll Consultant:

• <LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Should have customizing experience of at least 2 different full life cycle Projects as a Payroll OR Time Management consultant <LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Should have in-depth knowledge of PY & TM Modules with exposure to Concurrent Employment concepts. Capability to modify Schemas, rules & using various operations. <LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Should have full familiarity with SAP Payroll cluster tables, structures, Info types (Tax related, country specific etc), User Exits, Field Exists, Annual reports, Bank transfers, PU12, Country specificities & way of handling them.
• Should have capability to identify "Custom Development" need & defining a "Custom developed" process or a transaction. Capability to work along with ABAP experts while designing a "Custom Development"

The selected candidates would be expected to:

1. Be a part of the team extending Application Management support to Global customers
2. Carry out the duties assigned to them by the team management
3. Take part in resolving Incident / Problem / Change management related issues
4. Be available for week end & holiday support as required the Customer
5. Be available to work on site as & when required
