Java Developers:
- Experience: 1- 6 years
- Strong experience in Core JAVA / J2EE, JSP, JavaBeans, JDBC.
- Very good understanding of Object Oriented Design concepts (including Design Patterns) and Data Structures.
- Basic or advanced knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills are a must.

PL/SQL Developer2000 Developers:
- Experience: 1- 6 years
- Excellent SQL, PL/SQL coding, debugging and performance tuning skills.
- Strong Oracle database concepts including advanced features in 8i & 9i.
- Experience in Oracle Applications preferred. Exposure to database design/modeling or Administration is plus.
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills are a must.

Oracle Database Administrators:
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Strong experience in managing UNIX based ORACLE Databases.
- Hands-on in backup/recovery, performance monitoring/tuning is a must.
- Strong skills in scripting (shell / perl).
- Exposure to APPS DBA is preferred.

Desirable Skills:
- Experience with any Source Control System or Release Management System.

Release Engineers:
- Experience: 1 - 3 years
- Perl/Unix/Shell scripting at least two of these.
- RDBMS concepts must have SCCS, RCS, VSS, PVCS, CVS, Clear Case, etc.
(Configuration mgmt and source control System awareness) must have at least one.
- Data modeling good to have.
- Oracle DBA related knowledge good to have.
- Networking concepts good to have.

Product Manager:
The qualifications/ skills required:
- CA, ICWAI, MBA (Finance), BE, MCA and have experience relevant to the functional area
- A minimum of one year of experience working with either a product development or consulting company developing solutions for the customers.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; experience in writing design documents and test plans.
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Strong research skills and the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Nice to have:
- Prior experience implementing and/or using Oracle Apps or SAP
- Experience in Software solution design would be an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of Finance / Accounting / IS work experience with a Public Sector / Finance / Lending / Manufacturing organization.

Additional Qualification:
The following skills are desirable:
· Experience in the Finance function from a reputed company.
· Strong presentation skills.
· Ability to prototype user interfaces.

Functional Quality Analysts:
- B.E. / B.Tech., M.E. /M.Tech./MBA/ CA/ ICWA from reputed universities.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of Strong background in Project based Applications (Project Accounting, Project Management, Project Resource Management), or Financial Applications.
- Excellent domain expertise in the above areas.
- Should have strong end user experience and should be able to clearly understand the requirements and map to user processes.
- Ability to Communicate effectively in a technical environment, Product demos and in trainings.
- Knowledge of Implementation/Consulting/Support of ERP, software Product development Life Cycle and understanding on relational databases is desirable.
