Designation: Tech Writer
Requriment: Immediate

Job Description:
This position will be responsible for planning, writing, and delivering customer documentation to support Net devices hardware and software products.

Required Qualifications:
BA or BS in English Journalism, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related degree.
At least 5 years technical writing experience, including new manual creation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience presenting complex technical material to a variety of audiences.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines.
Organized, professional, motivated, and able to make decisions.
Emphasis on software writing experience but some hardware writing experience is desirable.
Proficient with FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Illustrator in a Windows environment.

Desirable Qualifications:
Experience writing IP-based Networking documentation.
Desire to learn new technologies.
Team or project leadership experience.
