Job Location : Hyderabad

Java Developers:
- Experience: 1- 6 years
- Strong experience in Core JAVA / J2EE, JSP, JavaBeans, JDBC.
- Very good understanding of Object Oriented Design concepts (including Design Patterns) and Data Structures.
- Basic or advanced knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills are a must.

PL/SQL / D2K Developers:
- Experience: 1- 6 years
- Excellent SQL, PL/SQL coding, debugging and performance tuning skills.
- Strong Oracle database concepts including advanced features in 8i & 9i.
- Experience in Oracle Applications preferred. Exposure to database design/modeling or Administration is plus.
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills are a must.

Product Manager:
The qualifications/ skills required:
- CA, ICWAI, MBA (Finance), BE, MCA and have experience relevant to the functional area
- A minimum of one year of experience working with either a product development or consulting company developing solutions for the customers.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; experience in writing design documents and test plans.
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Strong research skills and the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Nice to have:
- Prior experience implementing and/or using Oracle Apps or SAP
- Experience in Software solution design would be an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of Finance / Accounting / IS work experience with a Public Sector / Finance / Lending / Manufacturing organization.
- Experience in the Finance function from a reputed company.

Financial Functional Quality Analysts:
- ICWAI / MBA (Finance) / CA with good academic scores
- Experience in accounting/finance function with good understanding of business Processes.
- ERP exposure would be an added advantage (SAP/Peoplesoft/Oracle/Ramco/Baan etc).
- The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in a similar position.

Technical Writer:
-More than one year technical writing experience for a software product including end-user documentation.
-Demonstrated proficiency with documentation related tools such as Acrobat, Framemaker, and Microsoft Office products.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts concisely and effectively

Oracle DBA:
- Experience: 1- 6 years
- Degree/Major: B.Tech.,/B.E./M.Tech.,/M.E./ MSc/ MCA from reputed universities,
- Experience in Database Administration of customer production environments, exposure to Database/Application performance tuning, working exposure in UNIX or Linux environment ,
- Strong SQL, PLSQL debugging and testing skills,
- Good Oral and Written communication skills.

Optional skills:
- Experience with Shell scripting ,Perl scripting.
- Good Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
- Experience working on Oracle Apps as Apps DBA.

Release Engineer :
- Experience: 1- 4 years
- Good experience in Perl/ Unix Shell Scripting/ SQL.
- Knowledge of RDBMS is a must.
- Prior experience to product release process and/ or operations is plus.
- Prior experience in packaging/ install/ upgrade of Oracle Applications is preferred

QA Functional:
- Experience: 2- 4 years
- Degree/Major: B.E. / B.Tech., M.E. /M.Tech./MBA/ CA/ ICWA from reputed universities
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of Strong background in Project based Applications (Project Accounting, Project Management, Project Resource Management), or Financial Applications.
- Excellent domain expertise in the above areas
- Should have strong end user experience and should be able to clearly understand the requirements and map to user processes
- Ability to Communicate effectively in a technical environment, Product demos and in trainings.
- Knowledge of Implementation/Consulting/Support of ERP, software Product development Life Cycle and understanding on relational databases is desirable
