The person would be responsible for website design and development
Day to day job responsibilities will include

Making Website Layouts
Design flash for websites
Managing and updating web portals
Design E-mailers and newsletters

Qualification & Experience:

Degree/Diploma in multimedia or web designing…

The person should have minimum 2+ year of prior experience in web designing, and flash development

Requirements:

Proficient in Flash
Proficient in Photoshop/ CorelDraw
Proficient with DreamWeaver
Excellent at HTML coding with CSS
Candidate with SEO knowledge is preferable
