Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design and development, technical reviews, coding, quality, process adherence and timely delivery.

Technical Skills:
· Strong knowledge of J2EE architecture.
· Working knowledge of, Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, JDBC, Weblogic, etc.
· Prior experience in Web Based Business Application is desirable.
· Knowledge of SDLC.
· Familiarity with ERP/SCM/CRM application is desirable

Soft Skills:
The candidate should be assertive with strong communication and problem solving skills. He should be able to manage and lead a team of software engineers. Passion to excel.

Desired Profile
He /she needs to be a B.E/B.Tech/MCA from a reputed institute with excellent academic record and should have relevant IT industry experience of 1 to 3 years.
