Job Description:

* Facilitate and guide the requirement definition workshop with the key client application users.
* Lead requirement gathering efforts (Business Process / Business Requirements / Legacy Systems / Application Mapping) for CRM/Siebel
* Transform business requirements to clear and comprehensive functional specifications.
* Assist technical lead in the application design.
* Lead the deployment effort after Production cutover.
* Responsible for Post production end-user Support and Training
* Assist the Project/Program Manager in generation of MIS and different Reports

Job Location: Pune / HYderabad / Chennai / Bangalore

Desired Profile:

* BE/BTECH/ME/MCA from a reputed university or institute with 2 to 6 years of experience with minimum 2 yrs Siebel Functional experience
* Minimum 1 Siebel end to end life cycle implementation experience
* Understanding of and experience in mapping Business processes to Siebel (to Siebel views, screens, applets, business components, business objects, etc.)
* Creation of functional specification documents for design of Siebel/CRM Application.
* Good understanding and knowledge of Siebel Application Architecture and Data models beginning with Siebel 6.x versions, Configuration tools and Siebel Server side Processes, EAI (Enterprise Application Integration), EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager)
* Excellent understanding of Siebel Sales or Call Center or Service module functionalities
* Good understanding and knowledge of Siebel Workflow, Application Administration and Assignment Manager
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Certification: - Siebel Certification desirable.
