Engineer - QA ( .NET Testing)
Developing test scripts using Hammer
Executing the scripts, and assisting in the diagnosing/trouble-shooting of
any defects identified
Responsible for monitoring various Speech/ IVR systems across the
enterprise, be able to provide continuous reporting on the health of these
systems.
Ability to communicate issues and possible solutions clearly. Ideal
candidate would have development, programming, and testing skill sets
should have in depth knowledge of telephony and IVR/Speech systems

Education & Years of experience:
Any Graduate, Must have 2+ years of software testing experience of which
1+ years must be in testing IVR/Speech Systems

Requirements:
Demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the following: Visual Basic,
MS SQL , Scripting Languages (VB Script)
Working knowledge of Nuance Speech Platform is preferred .
Working knowledge in relational databases (SQL) and database programming.
Working knowledge of productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Visio,
etc.)

Senior developer must possess the ability to independently code, unit

Models, Data Flow Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams.
The candidate is responsible for the deployment and support of software
applications; follows implementation procedures and guidelines and

member in resolving problems and completing projects.
The candidate must have the ability to mentor and provide technical

Support daily operations for the Enterprise Infrastructure of SMS 2003 SP2
as the primary SMS Administrator and Engineer/Architect
Support all Countrywide desktop/server/helpdesk teams in the US, UK, and
India with their use of SMS 2003
Write queries, create reports, and train SMS users on any/all features as
needed
Determine and maintain all core SMS site configuration settings, including
changes/updates to SMS_DEF.MOF, and adjust when needed
Maintain all SMS servers and expand/adjust the enterprise architecture
properly to support new growth (eg. new sites, employee hiring, etc.) or
site closures/relocations
Act as the primary driver of all testing, development and deployment of
new SMS features (eg. DCM, OSD, ITMU/ITHU/ITCU) and future versions (eg.
R2, v4)
Act as the primary driver of all testing, development and deployment of
new 3rd-party add-on?s for SMS 2003 (eg. Vintela, Afaria, Softricity)

solutions; see details below.

4. Client based/Clientless based VPN
Day to Day Operations: Monitoring remedy bpi queue for new provisioning
request. Performing initial assessment as to best solution for new
requests and gathering initial documentation
Support of Data Delivery Management servers - BPXChange (HTTPs) and
FTP/PGP. Includin -
- Creation/Deletion of approved local accounts.
- Password resets/unlocks.
- Administration of server disk space on servers.
- Monitoring/Maintenance of Opalius Rendezvous application on CHLBPFTP02.
- Monitoring/Maintenance of PGP encryption/decryption process on SIMPGP01.
- Handling requests to encrypt data via PGP for file transfers
- Documentation of any Adds/Deletions of BP connections in Remedy.
- Moves/Adds/Changes of all BP connections using the winsock proxy
application.
Assist the Business Units with the submission of Firewall Change Requests
(FCR's) in conjunction with new BP connections/changes.
Items out of scope;
