Position1: Java / J2EE Developer

Experience : 2+ years
Skills : Core Java, Jsp, Servlet, EJB, Struts, XML
Clients : DCKAP Technologies, Satyam, Sysbiz Technologies

Position2: Team Lead

Experience : 5+ years
Skills : J2EE(Core Java, EJB, JMS, JSP, Servlet), XML, Struts, Spring,
BEA Web logic, Database(Oracle, PL/SQL), Hibernate,
Webservices
Clients : Sysbiz Technologies, Satyam
Job Description:
Hands on experience in J2EE, WebLogic 8.0 and above, Web Services,Workflow Engines,Rules Engines and Report Servers.Experience in re-engineering projects,design patterns,Strong skills in OOD,OOP,Java, JSP, EJB,Struts, Oracle9i ,UML,hibernate and Spring.

Position3: Project Manager

Experience : 8+ years
Client : Sysbiz Technologies

Minimum Requirements:
· 3 years prior experience in a related role such as Systems Analyst or Team Lead or Project Lead J2ee, in order to ensure a broad systems background;
Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle;
Excellent organization and communication skills (both written and verbal);
Proven leader and team player;
Should have prior experience in Development (J2ee).
· Prior experience in financial domain would be an added advantage.
Experience with Project Management frameworks, and with UML and Use Case methodologies and implementation cycle;
Demonstrates rigorous structured approach to project management. Applies best practice project management methods;
Driven and committed to overcome obstacles and deliver the project on time;
· Well-developed facilitation and collaboration skills;
Proficient in MS Project and MS Excel;


Job Responsibilities:
Obtain commitments and schedule the projects accordingly;
Ensure that all responsibilities are clearly communicated, from requirements gathering to developing a solid quality assurance plan;
Work with the issue owners to clarify and resolve issues, defining target dates and dependencies;
Manage risks throughout the project by identifying, communicating, tracking and mitigating. Manage dependencies and track milestones;
Assesses performance and provides feedback of assigned project personnel.
