Location: Singapore
Position Title: Lead Project Manager

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor of Computing Science or Finance or Commerce.
Minimum 10+ years experience in project Management preferably in banking projects implementations

Reporting Relationships:
Reports To: Head-Program office ASPAC
Peers: Lead Project Managers
Direct Reports: Advisory Consultant, Lead Consultant, Senior Consultant

Summary:
Responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring and control of the implementation of Client's Retail Banking System Software and related software/s.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned.)
Manage the total relationship with an existing/ new customer from the time of contract signing through the implementation and handing over of the software.
Establish and maintain strong communications with management, both external and internal, through consistent, on time standard project reporting, scheduled monthly management project review meetings and presentations as to project progress.

Additional Job Information:
Assist Program office head in some of the internal initiatives like SAS70 audit & activities, corporate risk assessment.
New methodology/process implementations like PMBOK, RUP etc.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:
The incumbent must have a minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of proven experience in implementing banking projects.
Thorough understanding of Project management methodologies, best practices are preferred
Experience in the financial industry and/or software implementation of financial organizations is preferred.
