Position: HR Executives

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Must be able to handle HR functions efficiently along with employee motivation and personal development aspects in the organization.

Job Description
HR Executive is mainly responsible for the following activities:

1. Backend support to hiring
2. Provide Payroll inputs
3. Maintain/update HR database
4. PeopleSoft updation
5. Statutory Compliances
6. Take care of Joining Formalities of new recruits
7. Leave and attendance maintaince.

Desired Profile
• Strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Good presentation skills. Analytical problem solving skills
• Should be high on learning curve, grasping and checking employee demands.
• Ability to build conversation and should have good convincing skills
• Adaptability to change and multitask.
• Ability to moderate between the employee aspirations and performance levels.

Education: Graduation or post graduation in HRM
