Job Profile:
Involves in depth project review till successful completion of project. Checking compatibility with training resources needed, required procedural administrative actions, reviews existing methods and procedures, and modifies as necessary to accomplish assignment; identifies potential difficulties and determines means of lessening or avoiding them. Develops project plan in consultation with appropriate participants; initiates project and coordinates steps to ensure participation of appropriate interested individuals and groups. The job involves constant monitoring and mentoring of diverse elements towards project completion.

Skill Set:
Analytical thinking to tide over possible bottlenecks in projects.
Good communication skills so as to mediate between developers and client needs.
Better articulation in developing project plans
Should be conversant with sufficient knowledge base to direct technical and personnel resources to
Ensure conformity in quality, process and standards.
Stability to handle eventualities in project development.
