My husband has a L1 visa and would be going to USA in january. I have a query on EAD on L2 visa
a. Can I apply for a EAD from India itself??
b. I know there's a biometrics part in EAD, is it possible that i apply for EAD from India(since i am working here and don't want to quit the job and sit idle for 90 days till EAD comes) and go there directly for the biometrics that would come some where after 60 days of filing the EAD application??
