JAVA DEVELOPERS :
Experience: 1to 5years
Strong experience in Core JAVA/J2EE.
Very good understanding of Object Oriented Design concepts (including Design Patterns) and Data Structures.
Should have exposure to SQL and PL/SQL.
Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills are a must.

PL/SQL DEVELOPERS:

Experience: 1to 5years
Excellent SQL, PL/SQL coding, debugging and performance tuning skills.
Strong Oracle database concepts including advanced features in 8i & 9i.
Experience in Oracle Applications preferred. Exposure to database design/modeling or administration is plus.
Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills are a must.



FUNCTIONAL QA Engineer:

1 to 3 years of experience as a software QA engineer with prior experience in ERP or CRM Field Services(SAP, Peoplesoft, Siebel, Bann etc) a big plus
Well versed with Software product Development Life Cycle [SDLC] including Design Specs, Functiional Specs, Writing Test Plans/Scripts, Test Cases.
Experience in a automated tests/performance tools (Win Runner, Load Runner, etc.) is desirable
Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts and knowledge in PL/SQL, HTML and Java is desirable.



Automation QA Engineer:

1 to 2 years of experience as a software QA engineer with experience in automated tests/performance tools (Win Runner, Load Runner, etc.) is a must
Strong understanding of QA principles and processes with Knowledge of Software product Development Life Cycle [SDLC] including writing Test Plans/Scripts & Test Cases.
Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts and knowledge in PL/SQL, HTML and Java is desirable.
Experince of other ERP or CRM Field Service (SAP, Peoplesoft, Siebel, Baan etc) is a big plus.

PRODUCT MANAGERS:

Excellent functional expertise in Field service along with extended supply chain activities like purchasing, planning, order management and Outsourced Manufacturing.
5+ years strong background in Field service
Should have worked in defining strategy and requirements for new product release by interacting with existing customers and competitive feature matrix. Along with prior experience in preparation and review of business requirement documents /high-level designs for the new product features
Ability to Communicate effectively in a technical environment, Product demos and in trainings.
Knowledge of Implementation/Consulting/Support of ERP, software Product development Life Cycle and understanding on relational databases is desirable.
