Desired Profile: BE\MCA\MBA with very good linguistic and communication skills.Experience in software programming preferable (but not required on job).

Primary:
· Strong analytical skills.
· Understanding of business processes.
· Understanding of broader IT application architecture and proficiency in using IT systems for business purpose.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· 1+ years relevant work experience.

Secondary:
· Knowledge of content management, taxonomy management, document classification and search software.
· Strong skills in operating application software and comfort with the Windows OS.
