DESIRED PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Candidate should have a strong technical background in .Net with extensive experience in software development in C# . Knowledge of XML and related technologies is preferable.

Candidate should be good team member.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development of individual components and custom controls

Identify the requirement of module with the help of team leads and to provide a better technical solution for the development

As owner of any module developed by he / she must have to generate test cases for unit test and should perform the test cases before delivering it to tech lead

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
2-3 years [1-2 years in .Net at least], Design experience for user interface * Experience in distributed and n-tier Web applications * Good Coding Skill * Experience with full life cycle of product and development.

DESIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field * Masters is plus
- Strong technical, analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts
- C#, .Net Framework concepts are MUST
- XML and related technologies, good hands on SQL/PLSQL
- Understanding of desktop UI design, N-tier Architecture
- RDBMS Design, DB modeling, Visual Source Safe.
- Good Team member, having self learning attitude

OPTIONAL SKILL:
JAVA, C++, COM, COM+, Web Design
