“ BPS- Trainees” Selection Process at Madurai on 6th, 7th & 8th May 2005

Criteria

Ø Graduates in 2004 pass out or 2005 (Appeared for final year examination & awaiting results) with B.Com/ BBA/ BBM/ B.Com (C.A) with overall 3 years aggregate of 50%

OR

Ø Post Graduates in 2004 pass out or 2005 (Appeared for final year examination & awaiting results) with M. Com/ MFC with overall 2 years aggregate of 50%

Selection Process

Short listed candidates will undergo following kinds of tests –

• Grammar- 10 Minutes

– Essay Writing & Comprehensive exercise

• Financial Related- 20 Minutes

– Fundamentals of Accounting Principals

– Forecasting

– P & L Accounting/ Balance Sheets/ Debit & Credit

• Key Board Skills

– MS Word- 10 Minutes

– MS Excel- 25 Minutes

Group Discussions- 20 Minutes

Technical Interviews & HR rounds

• 2-3 rounds technical evaluation

• HR round

• Site In-Charge/ BUL

• Each round approximately for 30 minutes (Interviews may be conducted on same day or different day)

ü After completion of Selection Process, Short listed candidates will be taken as ”BPS-Trainees” to undergo training program at HTSL - Madurai

ü Duration of entire training is for 4-6 months

ü During the traineeship fixed stipend of Rs. 3000/- per month will be paid

ü Training will consists of class room & practical sessions focusing on Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Voice Accent Neutralization and final evaluation

ü Finally, selected candidates will be hired as HTSL employees working for “Business Process Solutions” team at Madurai

ü Employees chosen for BPS team should be flexible to work even in night shifts

ü Identity card from respective college is a must

ü Qualifying at each stage (First level screening, Written Test, Group Discussion and Interview) is essential to appear for the next stage of Selection Process.

On 7th May 2005, Saturday – Batches at 9.30 am & 2.30 pm at The American College, Madurai
On 8th May 2005, Sunday – at 9.30 am (Only) Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab, Madurai office
