Graduate Engineers, Management Trainees, professionals in HR & Finance as
specified below, for posting in various Subsidiary Companies/Units of HMT
Limited, located all over India.

emoluments Rs.11,150/- per month plus other benefits ** Age below 40 Years

*Qualification*: *Bachelor's Degree* in Engineering in the discipline of
Mechanical, Industrial Production, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, /
Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication with minimum
of 50% Marks in aggregate of all the years / Semesters from recognized
Universities/ Institutions. Experience: Candidates should have minimum 4
years post qualification experience in Engineering Industry.
2 Management Trainees: ( 4 posts):

(ST : 4 posts) Rs.4000-175-7150 (Pre-Revised) Minimum emoluments Rs.9,308/-
Per Month plus other benefits ** Age below 33 Years

*Bachelor's Degree* in Engineering in the discipline of Mechanical,
Industrial Production, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, / Electronics &
Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication with minimum of 50% Marks in
aggregate of all the years / Semesters from recognized Universities/
Institutions
*METHOD OF SELECTION: *
*For posts at Sl. No.1*
Short-listed candidates fulfilling the specified criteria will be called for
interview at Bangalore and reimbursed 2nd Class Train fare
* For posts at Sl. No. 2

- Candidates fulfilling the specified criteria will be required to
appear for a written test at their own cost. The centre for written test may
be decided by the Company.
- After written test the Short-listed candidates called for interview
at Bangalore would be reimbursed 2nd Class Train fare.
- Training & service bond:
Management Trainees will undergo Training for one year and execute a
SERVICE BOND on a non-judicial Stamp Paper of value of Rs.50/- at the
time of joining duty, for serving the Company for a period of THREE years
excluding the training period. On successful completion of Training Period,

*they will be suitably designated/reclassified.
