The BPO arm of TCS came about as a pro-active endeavor to channelize its experience to enhance client performance above and beyond labour cost arbitrage. Merging IT and BPO gives us the ability to 'leapfrog' the competition to deliver maximum value to its clients. pillar for realizing this goal. TCS are in the process of strengthening and equipping its BPO arm with the quality manpower. They have bagged
Voice Process BPO Projects from the clients in the areas of Banking & Financial, Travels & Hospitality, Insurance & Healthcare Sectors for which they urgently need professionals as per the requirements mentioned below:

Experience:
Team members with 0- 1 year of experience
(Inbound Voice processes - US Geography would preferred)
& willing to work in Shifts.

Qualification:
Graduation / Post Graduation (Any discipline)
Diploma Holders
Freshers and Applicants awaiting results may also apply.

Skills:
Excellent Communication Skills
Should have a Customer bent of Mind, Empathy and Trouble Shooting Skills.
Spanish and French language (spoken skills) would be an added advantage.

Eligibility:
Consistent 50% academic record is a must.
Candidates interviewed by us in the last 6 months are not eligible.
