Working in call centre

Hi! I am also from the Philippines and I have read the comments of my 'kababayan' here. Indeed, working in a call center pays well. However, one must also embrace the pros and cons of being in there. Like, the shifting schedule, usually there are 3 shifts and one of them is a graveyard shift. On the other hand, call centers not only pays well but they also provide better career opportunities and chances for promotion.
