Please guide me in web technology

Dear All,

I am B.E graduate and I have 1.7 years of working experience in non-IT field. Now I wanted to shift my career.

I am very much interested in designing.I have knowledge in HTML,CSS and photoshop. With this knowledge is it possible to enter into the web designing field.Or what other latest skill set should I know to persue a career in designing.

Please guide me and give your valuable suggesstions.

If u are really interested in designing then u will start ur carrier in web designing. IF u have knowledge of flash or swish max then ur website prefers mostly.

so u learn Dreamviewer 8.0 professional along with u have to learn Flash 8.0 which are the latest versions of flash.

Dreamviewer is the editor. they helps to reduce the writing code. It generates code automatically.

Thank you for your guidance.Please can u tell me the web site to download dreamweaver and flash software.Or is it better to go to coaching institutes.Please help me out in this issue.

they are not freeware .. you can eval copy from company website ... since it's all menu driven, you should be able to learn using books...

Hi. First off, I think you have a good base to create websites. When I started i didnt have all your skills.

And to add to the thread, Dreamweaver and Flash are essentials. Basic coding can be done on notepad (eg. html). You should be able to learn how to use all the software through tutorials on the net.
