What is the Reason
Why is tag not available with latest versions of HTML? Is there any specific reason for this? What is the alternative option available with latest version replacing the tag in HTML?

Yes you are right. For instance tag is not available with latest versions of HTML. This is because World Wide Web Consortium also called as W3C in short has removed such tags from the latest versions of HTML. So instead of these style sheets along with CSS plays the same role which helps users to define the layout and also helps users to display properties of HTML elements.
