regarding H1 B processing.
hello,
right now i am in germany and i heard that us govt has a new rules that to get h1 i have to go to india for stamping .is it true. could you please give information regarding this. regards, sunny. |

Yes, We need to go to Home country for h1 b stamping from July 17th 2004 onwards. As you told that your in Germany, -if you are Germany resident, then i guess no need to go to India for stamping. -if you are not Germany resident, then you need to go to India for stamping. |

Just now i talked to my friend in Germany. He completed his MS. Two of his friends went for stamping in Germany itself to come to USA on H1. He is going for stamping in Germany on August 11th. So, there is no need for you to go to India for H1 stamping to USA. You can go for stamping in Germany itself. Some few questions(asked at Frankfurt Ambassy) i got from my friend, given below:- 1)How you got the job? 2)How many employees are there in your company? etc... Best of Luck. |
