consulting companies ???

I would like to know if any one has some info on consulting companies that sponsor H1B Visa transfer and GC processing located in any of the following regions : maine - rhode island - vermont - montana - north dakota - south dakota - wyoming - idaho. I am interested in companies that have physical presence in those areas, not just having a branch office saying they sponsor GC from those areas. They should actually run a payroll from that area. It would be great if someone can send me some information on that. Also i would like to know if any of you have some credible information on the following two companies: www.bminfotech.com, www.isgit.com.
