Please Help needed

Will I apply for appointment (H1 Visa)in delhi or kolkata since I am residing in the Chennai consular district. Will get any problem? Since there is no availabily in chennai till may.
Is there any way to get earliest dates?

Hello there, there will not be any issue or problem unless you have a strong reason to go for visa other then Chennai. See if you can get a letter from your employer, that some critical project is due in a month or so, so you can apply in other consulates with that letter. If channai questions you, you always have that letter from your employer.

Thanks Sane reddy. You are always to there to help needful. I got appt. on march second week in delhi. I asked my consultant for letter. They are sending the letter.
