Attention H1B Holders
Attention H1B Holders
The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has advised that, with revalidation set to end, it will be necessary to submit all revalidation requests on or before July 6, 2004. This will allow sufficient time to complete the revalidation process before the biometric requirements go into effect on October 1, 2004. Therefore it is advised that if you need to renew your H1 visa then you need to send your Application before July 6th or else you will need to go to India to get your visa stamped. |

Re:Attention H1B Holders
Chintu,
No need to go to Inida, after you get your extenstion, either you can mail the passport for stamping which takes 2 full months or if you are going to india for some reason you can get it done there in couple of days. You can\'t travel without valid visa stamping in the passport eventhoug hyou have extenstion. Hope this ansers your question, Thanks, sanereddy |
