hi
my name is sandilya and im new to this forum

i have 2.1 rs of exp in oracle (pl sql)
i want to apply for H1
what all thing i need to do ..

since my background is no computers is there any chance of rejection ( apart from luck).saying that mine is non computers background and i have PGDCA ( distance education) is this qualification enough

Hello Sandilya,

I don't see any reason for you not to get h1 visa with your experiance. Lot of my friends got their visa's with similar exp like you... make sure you have any diploma in computers training

How many years gap you have between now and your graduation..?

i dont have any gap between my education i passed out in 2003 may an di got job in 2003 june

you should be fine.... you can show the computer diploma you did while you are in the college... if they ask for more information...
