Need help, maybe only hope for me!!

Hey y'all people I have a question for you all, im 19 years old with no papers, my dad has filled out all the paper work for his residence, he is getting it through amnisty, he is now just waiting for his residence to come, in this process he has added my mom and me so if he gets his residence we can get some work permits and gradually get our residence too. Here's my problem, my friend doesnt have papers either but he told me that he got some type of visa called visa B, he says that he got that visa can you tell me if i whould be able to get it or doest it even exist? he says its only valid before your 21, im 19, can anyone help me on this subject??
