Post H1B Visa Transfer

I work for one organization in India and I hold H1B Visa which I got from the company I am working for, but, in this company, I don't find onsite atleast for one more year, so, I want to go from outside, so, I want to know the formal procedure to transfer H1B visa to other company or consultants before entering in US first time itself, so, that, once I get the transfer, I will resign in the current company.
Please advice me soon........

Hello,

In that case you will need to apply for new h1b visa, as per my knowledge, you can's transfer visa without working for him.....

you need to send pay statements and other details to do the transfer...

the best thing would be come here via your exisitng company, work for him atleast 6 months then apply for transfer..

Hope this helps

Hi Sanereddy,

Thanks for your info, but, the thing is, coming through the existing company is difficult till 1 more year, but, I am planning to come to US now, so, is there any chance?? or is it better to file premium petetion now from outside consultants now?

Yes,

The only option I see is to apply for new visa from differant company via premium processing...

did you check the quota to see if it's available....

Good luck.
