The information on the interview is pretty sketchy but it consists of both technical grilling and HR interview.
The written test consists of both aptitude and a technical test.
The aptitude section of the test has 60 Questions of MCQ type. These further consist of 30 Questions each on Quantitative and Verbal. A good guide for this section will be Baron's GRE preperation book.
The technical section is based mostly on C concepts and programming.
